Our 2024 Parish Sacramental Programmes have started! Keep reading to find out how to join the journey. Actually, why not keep reading anyway?

Hello from Father Michael, Deacon Vince, Sister Kathleen, Danielle and the Parish Office

Forgiven, Fed and Fearless! Welcome to our Parish Sacramental Programmes for 2024

All three Sacramental Programmes were launched last week. Families at St John Vianney School, St Jude School and the School of Religion have been invited to register for their Sacraments, and we've already received our first registrations. Invitations for families at St Edmund's and Marist will go out shortly.

First Reconciliation is available to baptised Catholic children who will be in Year 3 or up in 2024.

First Eucharist is available to baptised Catholic children who have received First Reconciliation and will be in Year 4 or up in 2024.

Confirmation is available to baptised Catholic children who have receive First Reconciliation and First Eucharist and will be in Year 6 or up in 2024.

To register, start at the appropriate Sacramental tab on this page. Registration uses the Qkr! App by Mastercard.

If you have a family member who's eligible for their Sacrament, or you have friends with an eligible child, please let them know that registration is open. Be a messenger and carry the news!

The Vinnies Ozanam Appeal will be held on 16-17 September

The appeal supports our Indonesian Partner Conferences in their work for the poor. Collectors will be present after the weekend Masses. Our parish Vinnies thank you for your help.

If you've missed the weekend Masses, you can still donate. Contact one of our Vinnies leaders for details:

Overnight Adoration, 30 September and 1 October at St John Vianney church

I invite you to spend time in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament in the Adoration Chapel on Saturday or Sunday, 30 September or 1 October. The chapel is our special way to come before Our Lord and worship Him. Be with Him as He is always with us!

- Father Michael

Have you seen the Goulburn Cathedral lately?

Our parishioner Jenny Isbel is leading a guided tour of St Peter and St Paul's Cathedral in Goulburn on Monday, 2 October, at 11am. You'll enjoy seeing a beautiful building, explained by an expert guide.

If you're interested, contact Jenny for details on 0409 244 423.

The St John Vianney School Fete will be on Saturday 1 November

If you have toys, books or other items you'd like to donate to the fete, please leave them at the SJV school office:
