Re-Issue of Sacramental Certificates

We have records for Baptism, Confirmation, Marriage and Holy Orders as required by Canon Law. If you would like one of these Certificates, there is an admin charge of $15. We do not register the names of participants in First Reconciliation or First Eucharist. We have patchy records of those Sacramental programs, dating back to 2007, but they are not a guarantee that someone actually received the Sacrament. If you need evidence about participation in that Sacrament, we may be able to help you find whether someone was enrolled and when the Sacrament was celebrated, but we don’t have enough details to reissue a formal certificate.
