Stations of the Cross The Stations are held on Fridays at 7.30pm until the week before Holy Week. They alternate between St John Vianney Church, Waramanga, and St Jude Church, Holder.

Holy Week timetable 

Palm Sunday Vigil: 5pm at St Jude Church 

Palm Sunday: 9am at St John Vianney Church; 5pm at St Jude Church. 

Palms will be blessed at all Masses 

Chrism Mass at the Cathedral: 5pm on Monday 11 April 

Holy Thursday: 7.30 at St Jude Church, followed by Adoration in the school hall 

Good Friday: Stations of the Cross at 11am at St Jude Church; Solemnity at 3pm at St John Vianney Church 

Easter Vigil: 7.30pm at St Jude Church 

Easter Sunday: 9am at St John Vianney Church; 5pm at St Jude Church 

Second Rite of Reconciliation The Second Rite for our parish and our neighbouring parishes will be celebrated at 7pm on 5 April at Holy Trinity Church, 3 Strangways St, Curtin. Father Michael urges us all to join him in this time of preparation for Easter. 

Project Compassion Project Compassion boxes and envelopes are available at both churches. Father Michael asks for your generous support for this great work of charity. If you aren't currently attending Masses and would like to have a box or the envelopes, please contact the Parish Office. 

2022 Sacramental Programs 

Reconciliation Enrolments have closed. First Reconciliation will be held from 6 April to 9 April. Please keep our Reconciliation candidates in your prayers. 

Eucharist Programme Enrolments open on 1 May for baptised Catholic children in Year 4 and up who have made their First Reconciliation. Details of the Eucharist Programme are at: https://stjjvwestoncreek.blogspot.com/p/first-eucharist.html 

Confirmation Program Enrolments open on 25 July for Catholic children in Year 6 and up. Details of the Confirmation Programme are at: https://stjjvwestoncreek.blogspot.com/p/sacraments-in-parish.html 

The Faith and Life Centre caters to Catholic children attending non-Catholic schools year 3 and above who wish to complete the Sacramental programme. Preparation for the Sacraments detailed above. Enrolment for Reconciliation is now open via the Qkr! App on your phone.
